Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 August 2026

Leadcode is a macOS application published by Resiliencely, Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy describes what we collect, what we do not, and who else touches your data.

The short version. Leadcode runs on your machine. Your source code, your repositories, your provider credentials and your AI sessions never leave it. We hold your email address and your subscription status, and nothing else.

1. What stays on your computer

Leadcode is a local-first control plane. The following never leave your device and are never transmitted to us:

When you use a provider CLI through Leadcode, that CLI communicates directly with its own vendor under that vendor's terms and privacy policy. Leadcode is not a proxy and does not observe, store or relay that traffic.

2. What we collect

Account information

When you create a Leadcode account we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. Authentication is operated for us by Google Firebase Authentication. We use your email address to identify your account, to deliver your subscription entitlements to the app, and to contact you about your account or material changes to the service.

Subscription information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, handle or store your full card number. From Stripe we receive and store your customer identifier, your subscription status, plan and renewal date, so the application knows what to unlock.

Update checks

The application periodically requests a static version manifest to discover new releases. This request reaches our file storage and carries no account identifier and no usage data.

3. What we do not collect

Leadcode contains no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting and no usage tracking of any kind. We do not know which providers you connect, how many workspaces you run, what you ask agents to do, or whether you opened the app today. This is a property of the software, not a setting.

4. Service providers

We rely on the following processors, each under their own terms:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Legal bases and retention

We process your email address and subscription record to perform our contract with you, and to comply with tax and accounting obligations. We keep your account record for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account we delete your account record; billing records are retained where law requires us to keep them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because the information we hold is limited to your email address and subscription status, these requests are usually straightforward. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our processors store data in the United States. If you access Leadcode from elsewhere, your account information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

8. Children

Leadcode is a professional developer tool and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
